Tuesday Evening Workout



Narrow Grip Bench Press

145*5
155*5
185*5
195*3
205*3
215*3

10 minutes of Rowing--easy

15 minutes of Eliptical--easy

Not sure what leaves me more shot--bad GI issues or the meds that help remedy them.  In any event, I'm halfway through a round now and getting back into the gym.
