10 minutes of Rowing--easy

15 minutes of Eliptical--easy

Not sure what leaves me more shot--bad GI issues or the meds that help remedy them.  In any event, I'm halfway through a round now and getting back into the gym.

Behold! My New Blog!

I'm tired of posting training logs online.  But, I do get good feedback on them, and from unlikely sources.
